The water from the Sink unit/ range to be drained into the drain trough, through a perforated trough so that the particles are arrested, the drain grating fitted on the top is at the floor level and supported by angular structure for strength. While cleaning just pull up the grating, remove the perforated trough and remove the particles. The waste water with the grease travels to a Grease Trap where the grease and any food particles are arrested and water without the grease and particles is allowed in to the main drain. This eliminates the chances of choking in the drain. The removal of the perforated troughs or the grease trap is very easy for the person doing the cleaning job and hygienic.
