Exhaust hood is what a lung is for the human body. A poorly designed hood will make the kitchen an uncomfortable work place negating all the good points considered in building a good working kitchen. STAR OPUS has understood this from their years of field experience and developed the Exhaust hood after continuous discussions with the Chefs. The Hot fumes mixed with oil has to travel through the baffle filters, where most of the oil has to be blocked from travelling further into the duct. The blocked oil to be collected in a oil collection tray. Filters and hoods go through harsh and regular cleaning process to remove the oil deposits for this it needs to be durable.
